Why Design Build?Simply put: Our clients are too busy to manage the myriad of details, paperwork, scheduling, and selection of all materials for their projects. Bear in mind, many of those details begin only after all the design work has been completed. We manage all stages of each project; from the pre-design phase of a project through selections of tiles, fixtures, flooring, hardware, lighting, finishing and furnishings, and the construction itself including all trade coordination and permitting. We have formed solid relationships over time with contractors, engineers, vendors, and specialized trades people. In order to work with V2C, our trade member must have a solid reputation for the highest quality, a proven track record with us, dependability and unrelenting integrity. We never relax our standards. All work is quoted and put in writing….prices are firm.
